Your feelings are not your life. All to often the 'world' tells us we have to live by our feelings; I feel like this, I feel like that... what are feelings anyway? Feelings are real, they are part of our natural selves. They are emotionally driving, and can be right on, but also can be very far off of right. So here is the issue, understand they are feelings. They are not facts.
Be careful to understand the difference, Try these Basic and Painless Steps. Believe me they will improve your life, and your personal welbeing all around!!
I believe the little things we can do in life can make such a huge impact on ourselves and every single person we ever come in contact with. So don't over react, don't assume the worst, don't jump to conclusions - even if you 'feel' like this is a repeat behavior pattern.
Look if you do have a relationship that you need to get out of, because their is a consistent and bad pattern. The above exercise will also help you to peel the emotions, and feelings out so you can see the facts. The fact patterns, that should be the basis of your decision matrix, your belief system. Then when and if you are called to make that clean break, the hard decision, it will be very very clear.
Okay, small detail on when it is for sure a bad thing that someone did to you. On accident or on purpose. Sit on it. Pray, and at least let 24 hours pass before you react. This too will help you peel the 'feelings' out that don't belong there.
