Stop Feeling Guilty

Let's Stop Feeling Guilty and Prosper!!!

Often Christians find themselves in a quandary as it relates to money. Should we be poor, should we give all our money away, should we prosper, should we feel guilty in that propriety?

First off there isn't enough room in this text format to give you ALL the verses on prosperity, how Much the Lord promises to bless us, and wants our prosperity. I would suggest if you have personal needs, and or personal challenges on this subject take the time to find the verses, read them and their surrounding text. Do you homework, for heavens sake. Don't let inaccurate tapes in your head form your belief systems!! Believe me when I tell you, there are a lot of people that think they are suffering for Christ that are really under bondage from Satan. Christ doesn't tell us - suffer!  Don't get confused! Yes there is general suffering, times where the Lord is refining us, through suffering that happens in life, or that we brought upon ourselves.  Much of it can be avoided in obedience, however as I have experienced the suffering (the refining is a good thing), His mercy is shown when you chose His will and follow. Said differently, when you choose to NOT be stubborn  (not to have stiff necks as iron, and stubborn foreheads as bronze) He blesses You.  So on this point if you are stuck, CHOOSE today to get unstuck!!!! Thank You Lord. Start at Job 36:11 and Psalm 35:27.

The verse below and the chapter surrounding it, clearly demonstrates the Lord expects us to work, to be wise with our investements and multiply our wealth. Period. So let's break it down. Consider the money you have to be a gift from the Lord, yes you earned it (don't have this argument in your head just think on this logic as it relates Matthew chapter 25). Does God want you to bury it, NO!! Does He delight in your efforts and results in multiplying it, YES!!!  It Does not say anywhere in this chapter, how wonderful the servant is that just gave it all away, NO!!!

Look, we can not tithe, nor bless each other, nor be a blessing to a hurting person in need if we don't first take care of our own house. (people make their s mistake all the time, because it feels good to give, so when they are down or lacking focus, or even lazy, they give away provisions hat are for their journey... However often that was in pride so it will not be blessed).   If we don't think, work hard, and invest our time and money wisely we will not gain the provision He has waiting and already set aside for us (of course we need to follow His word and promises, as well as balance that He directs us on.  Stay on this one topic and listen to The Holy Spirit speaking to you).

So ask yourself this, does the Lord say your family is a priority (Yes), does He say keep your house in order (yes), does He condone laziness, procrastination, blame, or pride (no).  So there is your basic recipe... Get a job or create a business, work, be smart, multiply, be an obediant servant having faith at all times your work will be rewarded and you are SOLID!! Tithe as is commanded, and that command is 10 percent not 90 or 100, it is 10. Of course sometimes the Lord calls us to act in faith and give more, do it.  Remember those times the Lord will be clear, zero confusion, and you will know.  Otherwise He expects us to go and be fruitful, to prosper. Tiny little detail to remember as well; you will blow it all if you spend your days worrying about money, about provisions, or manipulating situation or people for them to provide instead of being faithful the LORD has already provided. Again, the Old Testament has a myriad of examples... Examples of what happens if we doubt, or loose faith. People there is a lot to do, a lot of Kingdom work to be done, our tithes are needed; So stand up and prosper!! And be glad in it.  Thank You Lord, Hallelujah!!!

“His master said to him, Well done, you upright (honorable, admirable) and faithful servant! You have been faithful and trustworthy over a little; I will put you in charge of much. Enter into and share the joy (the delight, the blessedness) which your master enjoys.”  Matthew 25:23 AMP
